As an NGS Sequencing Specialist, you will:

- Operate high-throughput sequencing platforms, including Illumina NovaSeq X Plus, PacBio Revio, and PacBio Onso.
- Perform DNA/RNA extractions, NGS library preparations, and QC workflows.
- Support end-to-end sequencing operations across research and clinical genomics pipelines.
- Troubleshoot sequencing issues and ensure optimized workflow performance.
- Manage workflows for WGS, WES, WTA, GBS, NIPT, and Metagenomics.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with NGS platforms.
- Expertise in DNA/RNA extraction, library prep, and high-throughput sequencing workflows.
- Practical experience with Illumina, PacBio, and Sanger sequencing platforms (preferred).
- Strong technical troubleshooting and sequencing quality management skills.
