✨ Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you will:
- Coordinate end-to-end clinical trial activities at assigned sites
- Obtain informed consent from study participants
- Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintain source documents, logs, and trial master files
- Manage site operations, scheduling, and subject follow-ups
- Support investigators and medical teams during study assessments
- Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation practices
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, site teams, and CRO personnel
- Perform site-related travel (vehicle required)
✔️ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing / or related field
- Experience in clinical research, informed consent, and protocol management
- Strong understanding of clinical trials and GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must have own laptop and vehicle for site visits
