Available Positions and Requirements
1. Production Department – Chemist / Officer (Intermediates / Clean Rooms / DCS / Peptides)
- Experience: 2-6 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production processes in intermediates, clean rooms, DCS-controlled systems, or peptide synthesis.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols during manufacturing.
- Handle batch processing, documentation, and troubleshooting in API production.
- Maintain cleanroom standards and contribute to yield improvement and process optimization.
2. Plant Engineering Department – Executive / Officer (Maintenance – Electrical)
- Experience: 4-5 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in the plant.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment, panels, motors, and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams for minimal downtime and efficient operations.
3. Plant Engineering Department – Executive / Officer (HVAC)
- Experience: 4-5 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance and validation of HVAC systems in cleanrooms and production areas.
- Monitor air handling units, filters, and environmental controls for GMP compliance.
- Conduct qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and calibration activities.
- Optimize energy efficiency and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.
4. Plant Engineering Department – Executive / Officer (Maintenance)
- Experience: 6-8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle breakdowns, spare parts management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure equipment reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory API pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary and Benefits
Salaries are competitive and based on experience and skills. Estimated annual ranges (based on industry standards):
- Chemist/Officer (Production): ₹3.5 – 6 Lakhs
- Executive/Officer (Engineering): ₹5 – 9 Lakhs
