Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – HPLC/GC
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC techniques to ensure product quality.
- Conduct method validation, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Document experimental results and maintain compliance with cGMP standards.
- Monitor and manage effluent generation from lab experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality assurance processes.
Production Peptides
- Execute solid-phase peptide synthesis on medium to commercial scales (1g to 1kg).
- Purify peptide products and synthesize impurities for analytical method development.
- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and adhere to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support process validation and scale-up activities for peptide production.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- QC (HPLC/GC): 3-6 years in pharmaceutical quality control.
- Production Peptides: 2-6 years in peptide synthesis or production.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC/GC techniques (for QC roles).
- Expertise in solid-phase peptide synthesis and purification (for Production roles).
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
