Neuland Laboratories is seeking talented candidates for the following roles:
- Chemist/Officer – Documentation (QMS & Investigations) Experience: 2-6 years
- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production Experience: 10-14 years
- Deputy Manager – In-Charge Cleanroom Experience: 12-14 years
All positions require mandatory B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry along with proven experience in API manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical operations. Typical responsibilities include:
- Overseeing documentation, investigations, and compliance in Quality Management Systems (for QMS roles)
- Managing day-to-day production activities, batch manufacturing, and process optimization (for Production roles)
- Ensuring cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and GMP compliance in sterile/controlled environments
- Leading teams, troubleshooting processes, and maintaining regulatory standards
- Participating in audits, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (mandatory)
