Job Responsibilities
Safety Executive
- Oversee safety protocols in API manufacturing processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Implement safety training programs for employees.
Shift Safety Officer
- Monitor shift-based safety operations at the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct safety audits and report findings to management.
Quality Assurance Officer (Investigations/QMS)
- Perform investigations for deviations and ensure QMS compliance.
- Prepare and review SOPs, validation reports, and quality documentation.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
Quality Control Chemist (HPLC)
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC for API and intermediate products.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure data integrity in test results.
- Document findings in compliance with GMP standards.
Production Chemist (Intermediate/API Handling)
- Manage production processes for intermediates and APIs.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain GMP compliance and safety standards in production areas.
Qualifications
- Safety Executive: B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical) or Diploma (Industrial Safety) with 6-9 years of API experience.
- Shift Safety Officer: B.Tech (Chemical), B.Sc/M.Sc, or Diploma (Industrial Safety) with 5-7 years of experience.
- Quality Assurance Officer: M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy with 5-7 years in investigations/QMS.
- Quality Control Chemist: M.Sc (Chemistry) with 2-5 years of HPLC experience.
- Production Chemist: B.Sc/M.Sc with 3-5 years in intermediate/API handling.
- Note: API experience and mentioned qualifications are mandatory.
