Job Description: Production Equipment Operator with DCS Experience
We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Production Equipment Operators to join our team at Neuland Laboratories Limited, Unit-3 (Gaddapotharam). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of API manufacturing processes and experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitoring and controlling processes using DCS systems.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing routine maintenance.
- Adhering to strict safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in API manufacturing, with a proven track record of successful equipment operation.
- Essential Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Experience with various types of production equipment common in API manufacturing is highly desired. Excellent problem-solving abilities are also essential.
