Job Description
As a Trainee/Chemist in the Production Department, you will be responsible for:
Advertisement
- Executing all production activities following standard operating procedures and safety norms.
- Receiving batch manufacturing sheets and records from the QA department.
- Conducting process operations and recording parameters in the Batch Manufacturing Sheets (BMS).
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in process equipment and surrounding areas.
- Observing and reporting the need for equipment calibrations.
- Accurately recording data in batch manufacturing sheets and related records.
- Handing over production documents to the quality assurance department.
- Maintaining discipline and order in the production area during your shift.
- Reporting deviations or abnormalities to shift production officers or executives.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams for routine and preventive maintenance.
- Attending training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhering to company rules and regulations.
