Job Roles & Responsibilities

Production – Operators & Supervisors (OSD Production & Packing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Handle spray dryers, track-and-trace systems, and packing operations
• Perform bottle packing, blister packing, and dry powder filling
• Ensure compliance with IPQC, labeling, HAPA printing, and QMS processes
• Participate in investigations, incident handling, and CAPA preparation

Quality Control – Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples
• Operate instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus, IR spectrophotometer, UV spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer apparatus
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation as per regulatory standards

Microbiology – Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform environmental monitoring and water testing
• Conduct MLT, growth promotion testing, and BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Testing)
• Maintain compliance with GLP and GDP requirements

Required Qualifications

Production Roles

• ITI / Diploma / B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy
• Experience: 4 to 8 years

Quality Control Roles

• B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / M.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

Microbiology Roles

• M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
