This is an excellent opportunity for chemists with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in reactor operations, GMP documentation, and equipment handling in the API/pharma sector.
Job Responsibilities – Production Chemist (API)
- Independently handle SSR & GLR reactors and process equipment
- Operate Centrifuge, ANFD, Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD), and other unit operations
- Strictly follow GMP guidelines and production SOPs
- Accurate maintenance of BMR, BPCR, and all online documentation
- Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and proper PPE usage
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area
- Identify and immediately report unsafe acts/conditions
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in API/Bulk Drugs manufacturing (Production department)
- Candidates with hands-on experience in reactor handling (GLR/SSR), centrifugation, filtration, and drying will be preferred
- Freshers with excellent academic records may be considered for trainee roles
Salary & Benefits
