- Monitor dispatch-related activities, including RM Sales, STO Sales, Domestic Sales, and Export Sales.
- Prepare sales invoices using SAP and supporting documentation.
- Verify customer purchase orders and dispatch notes for GST invoice preparation.
- Handle SEZ & Form-A sales documentation and coordinate with Marketing/Logistics teams.
- Prepare monthly sales and garbage reports for submission to ETP.
- Maintain statutory GST records, including outward forms and transport vehicle verification.
- Manage rejected materials and prepare drug license product data for QA submission.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Com.
- Experience: 1–4 years in warehouse or dispatch operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Skills: SAP proficiency, GST knowledge, and strong organizational skills.
