- Data Dictionary Maintenance: Provide maintenance services for data dictionaries for various registries throughout the operational year.
- Annual Updates: Create annual data dictionary updates and obtain reviews from registry coordinators prior to publishing.
- Coordination: Work with the Head of Clinical Registry Business Analysis Department and other groups.
- Mentorship: Mentor and assist junior members in problem-solving and communication.
- Confidentiality: Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clinical Data Handling: Handle and process clinical data with knowledge of medical terms and appropriate computing, internet surfing, and correspondence skills.
- Analytical Skills: Possess good research and referencing skills, and knowledge of statistical tools for obtaining data, analysis, and report.
Education (Required):
- Science Stream Graduate: Any graduate from science stream (D Pharma/ B.Sc. -Sciences/ B Pharma/ Paramedical sciences) or master’s from science stream (e.g., M.Sc. in Sciences/Bio Tech/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Microbiology).
Work Experience:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years.
- Medical Terminology: Candidates who are familiar with medical terminologies, procedures, treatment, and have knowledge about databases are preferred.
