Key Responsibilities
As a Molecular Biologist Trainee, you will:

- Assist in routine molecular biology experiments and workflows
- Support DNA/RNA extraction and quality assessment
- Learn PCR, qPCR, sequencing preparation, and related molecular techniques
- Maintain laboratory records and follow quality standards
- Work closely with senior molecular biologists and geneticists
- Participate in laboratory troubleshooting and workflow optimization
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, etc.)
- Strong interest in molecular genetics and laboratory techniques
- Basic understanding of PCR, nucleic acid extraction, and molecular assays
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
