Theon Pharmaceuticals, a leading injectable pharmaceutical company based in Himachal Pradesh, is currently hiring skilled microbiologists for its sterile injectable plant. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals with practical experience in microbiology within a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform sterility testing of injectable products as per pharmacopoeial standards (USP/IP).
- Conduct environmental monitoring in clean rooms and sterile areas.
- Handle microbial limit tests, endotoxin testing, and other microbiological assays.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in validation activities for sterile processes and equipment.
- Support investigations into any microbial excursions or out-of-specification results.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to maintain sterility assurance.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology (or related life sciences field).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sterile injectable manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience in sterility testing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and sterile techniques.
- Male candidates only (as specified in the requirement).
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
