Quality Control Department
We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant experience within the regulated pharmaceutical industry.
- Open Positions: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm
- Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Analytical method validation and verification.
- Proficiency in operating lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, and ICPMS.
- Analytical data review and interpretation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP requirements and guidelines.
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is highly desirable.
- Experience in testing liquid formulations is a plus.
Microbiology Department
Our Microbiology department is seeking skilled individuals with experience in sterile manufacturing environments. A strong understanding of microbiological testing procedures and quality management systems is essential.
- Open Positions: Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in a sterile manufacturing facility.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Microbiology analytical activities (including Microbial Limit Tests (MLT), Bioburden Testing (BET), and stability testing).
- Environmental monitoring.
- Quality Management System (QMS) activities within a sterile manufacturing environment.
Production Department
We have several openings within our Production department, encompassing various levels of experience and responsibilities.
Production 1: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
- Open Positions: Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in sterile formulation manufacturing (eye drops and injections).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling regulatory audits and ensuring compliance.
- Maintaining QMS documentation.
- Managing personnel effectively.
- Production planning and execution of sterile formulations.
Production 2: Senior Officer/Executive/Senior Executive (Sterile Area)
- Open Positions: Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
- Experience: 2-8 years of relevant experience in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling batch manufacturing and filling activities for sterile products (3-piece, BFS eye drops, and injectables).
- Regulatory compliance experience.
Production 3: Technical Staff (Sterile Area)
- Open Positions: Technical Staff
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering, or B.Sc
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling batch manufacturing operations.
- Operating ampoule/vial washing (Macofar) and filling (ROTA) machines.
- Operating 3-piece filling machines (Groninger) and BFS filling machines.
- Autoclave operation.
Packing Department
The Packing Department is seeking individuals with experience in handling sterile operations and serialization within a regulated environment.
- Open Positions: Officer, Senior Officer
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in sterile product packing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in regulatory compliant sterile product packing and serialization processes.
