Key Responsibilities
1. Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) Processing
- Perform accurate data entry of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in safety databases.
- Conduct initial intake assessment and triage of health authority reports.
- Process reports received from MHRA, EudraVigilance (EVWEB), and other regulatory sources.
2. Pharmacovigilance Safety Monitoring
- Conduct systematic literature screening using medical and scientific databases.
- Identify potential adverse drug reactions and safety signals.
- Maintain updated product safety information within pharmacovigilance systems.
3. Regulatory Submissions & Compliance
- Assist with regulatory submissions and compliance activities.
- Submit company product details to the Article 57 database (XEVMPD).
- Ensure compliance with European pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.
4. Quality and Market Interaction
- Support the management of Product Quality Complaints (PQC).
- Document and address market enquiries with safety implications.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to resolve safety issues.
Eligibility Criteria
