Available Positions and Qualifications
Metrochem API is hiring for the following roles (male candidates only):
- Production Department:
- Freshers: 25 positions (Graduation/Intermediate/Diploma/ITI/SSC)
- 2-5 Years Experience: 25 positions
- Engineering & Utility (Mechanical and Electrical):
- Freshers: 5 positions (Graduation/Diploma/ITI)
- 1-3 Years Experience: 5 positions
- Quality Control:
- 1-3 Years Experience: 5 positions (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy)
- Quality Assurance:
- 1-3 Years Experience: 5 positions
These roles involve hands-on work in API manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to efficient production processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment in compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical utilities.
- Conducting in-process quality checks, sampling, and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Documentation, audits, and ensuring adherence to GMP, ICH guidelines, and quality standards.
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining a safe, clean manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational qualifications as mentioned in the positions table above.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing is preferred for experienced roles.
- Strong understanding of pharma processes, safety norms, and quality systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
Salary, Benefits, and How to Apply
- Salary: Competitive package ranging from ₹1.8 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per annum, depending on qualification, experience, and department (industry-standard for Hyderabad pharma sector).
