Responsibilities in the Job
As a Business Executive, your role will be dynamic and impactful:
- Doctor Engagement: Build relationships with doctors to promote our product portfolio.
- Secondary Sales: Drive prescription generation to achieve secondary sales targets.
- KOL Management: Develop rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, including top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
- Product Knowledge: Master the technical aspects of our products to communicate effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales updates and manage customer queries efficiently.
- Strategy Implementation: Ensure full adherence to the company’s strategies and guidelines.
- Pharmacovigilance: Collect and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) promptly, contributing to patient safety.
Qualifications
We seek individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A graduate degree, preferably in Science or Pharmacy.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Familiarity with medical terminologies.
- Effective persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry are welcome.
