Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Quality Control Manager at Mepro Pharmaceuticals, you will:

• Lead QC Operations: Oversee all quality control activities, including analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), meeting all regulatory requirements.
• Review Documentation: Approve analytical documents, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and quality reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Method Validation: Implement, validate, and maintain analytical methods and laboratory instruments to ensure precision and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Audit Preparation: Represent the QC department during regulatory and customer audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Team Leadership: Train and mentor QC team members, fostering a culture of best laboratory practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Expertise in GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership and team management abilities.
