Mega Lifesciences is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – Pharmacovigilance for its Thane location. This is a full-time opportunity for experienced pharmacovigilance professionals with strong expertise in aggregate safety report authoring (PSUR, PBRER, RMP, AddCo) and ICSR case processing. Key Responsibilities – Pharmacovigilance Executive Role
As an Executive / Sr. Executive – Pharmacovigilance, your responsibilities will include:
- Authoring and supporting aggregate safety reports such as PSURs, PBRERs, RMPs, and Addendums
- ICSR data entry, processing, and management in the global safety database
- Performing literature searches for individual case safety reports and periodic reports
- Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and global pharmacovigilance regulations
- Coordinating with global pharmacovigilance affiliates and cross-functional teams
- Supporting safety signal identification and ongoing risk management activities
Qualifications & Experience Required
Candidates applying for this pharmacovigilance job should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- 2–4 years of relevant pharmacovigilance experience
- Strong experience in:
- PSUR, PBRER, RMP, AddCo authoring
- ICSR case processing
- Literature review and signal detection
- Good knowledge of ICH, GVP, US FDA, EMA, and local PV regulations
Skills & Knowledge

Salary & Benefits
