📝 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, design, and develop clinical evaluation research studies
• Prepare and author protocols, CRFs (Case Report Forms), and related documents
• Conduct registered and non-registered clinical trials for medical devices and healthcare technologies
• Interpret clinical trial results and prepare reports for regulatory and commercial use
• Manage operational aspects of trials including budgeting, supplies, site, and vendor selection
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Indian regulations
• Represent Medtronic in clinical research forums and collaborate with local authorities
• Build strong relationships with investigators, institutions, and stakeholders
• Drive local evidence generation, dissemination, and awareness

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome (0 years of experience required)
• Strong theoretical knowledge of clinical research and medical devices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid (Mumbai-based) role
