Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at Medtronic, you will:
- Support clinical studies through data and document coordination.
- Actively participate in case report forms, study reports, and database testing.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of study data forms.
- Generate, manage, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Handle compensation processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Create and manage clinical study files and distribute study documents.
- Assist with audits of study files for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve clinical study objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in clinical research or data/document coordination.
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems, clinical study practices, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
