Key Responsibilities
As a SAS Programmer at Medpace, you will:
- Write and validate SAS programs to create analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
- Program, validate, and maintain mapped databases using SAS.
- Develop and implement edit checks for external data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Data Management team to resolve database specification issues and coordinate data transfers.
- Ensure all programming activities align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- SAS Certification (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in SAS programming (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SAS programming and its applications in clinical research.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
