Job Description: Clinical Data Management Professional
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and execute start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities for clinical trials.
✔ Work extensively on Medidata Rave EDC and other CDM tools.
✔ Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), discrepancy management, and database lock activities.
✔ Ensure data integrity, compliance with protocols, and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP).
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing).
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM).
✅ Strong expertise in Rave EDC, UAT, and database lock procedures.
✅ Knowledge of SDTM, CDASH, and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP).
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in shifts (if required).
