Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Writer – MedInfo, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Writing, proofreading, and data-checking high-quality scientific and educational materials (slides, posters, abstracts, manuscripts, training decks, infographics, HCP content, and medical information letters).
- Collaborating with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, authors, reviewers, and KOLs across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Supporting congress and meeting materials, literature reviews, and medical communication initiatives.
- Creating digital assets including publication extenders, interactive infographics, and patient engagement content.
- Ensuring compliance with client SOPs, templates, and CACTUS internal standards.
- Attending workshops and trainings to continuously improve medical writing and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD.
- Experience: 1–3 years in medical writing, with prior exposure to scientific publications.
- Experience in gastric cancer publications will be an advantage.
- Strong command of medical writing with attention to detail, clarity, and scientific accuracy.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with biostatistics, literature reviews, and MS Office.
