Medilenz, a leading Bengaluru-based medical summarization company, is hiring fresh BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, MPT, and Nursing graduates for a full-time medical summarization role. This is a non-clinical opportunity for freshers to build expertise in reviewing and analyzing medical records for personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases. Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of structured training with a stipend, gaining hands-on experience in medical record summarization.

As a Medical Summarization Associate at Medilenz, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with attorneys and insurance professionals to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Maintaining strict attention to detail while meeting project deadlines.
- Utilizing proprietary AI-powered medical software and MS Office applications.
- Ensuring high-quality documentation and consistent communication in English.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Fresh graduates with BDS, MDS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, MPT, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing degrees.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical software tools.
Note: Candidates with prior clinical experience are welcome for training but will be considered as freshers.
