Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Specialist, you will:

- Support Medical Monitors (MM), Medical Scientists (MS), and other medical team members in executing project deliverables.
- Track safety data and maintain clinical trial documents in compliance with regulations.
- Manage and oversee the 24/7 staff physician tracker, including vendor relationships and FDA-regulated processes.
- Assist with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, Trial Master File (TMF) documentation, and medical data handling.
- Prepare study-specific data reports, customized templates, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Organize and support Data Monitoring Committee (DMC), DSMB, and Safety Review Committee (SRC) meetings.
- Develop tracking tools for safety concerns and participant eligibility (PEER).
- Facilitate effective communication by scheduling internal and external team meetings.
- Stay updated with Premier Research systems, SOPs, and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field with 2+ years of clinical research experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in clinical, biological, scientific, business, or health-related field with 1+ year of professional work experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations, FDA guidance, EU directives, and ISO14155.
- Familiarity with drug/device development and clinical monitoring procedures.
- Understanding of project management terminology is an added advantage.
