Job Description
The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) at Novartis plays a crucial role in scientific engagement with healthcare experts, implementing clinical strategies, and responding to medical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Engage with external stakeholders (HCPs, researchers, KOLs) to drive medical strategies.
✔ Support clinical trials, real-world evidence (RWE), and precision medicine initiatives.
✔ Leverage digital tools for stakeholder engagement and insights gathering.
✔ Respond to unsolicited medical queries in a compliant manner.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Clinical Research).
✔ Contribute to patient journey mapping and launch excellence strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc in Life Sciences).
- 2-3 years of experience in a medical/scientific role (pharma preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems & clinical research.
Skills Required:
