Key Responsibilities
- Deliver field-based scientific expertise to oncology research initiatives across four countries.
- Conduct educational sessions and protocol presentations for trial staff and investigators.
- Support recruitment and screening activities with practical site-level solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clinical sites and IQVIA project teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain compliant relationships with HCPs and KOLs across diverse healthcare systems.
- Provide critical field feedback including protocol insights and competitive intelligence.
- Represent trials at medical symposia, conferences, and advisory boards across Asia.
- Stay updated on oncology therapeutics and investigational compounds.
- Ensure compliance with IQVIA standards and regional regulatory codes.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree: MD, PhD, PharmD (preferred) or Master’s with relevant experience.
- 2+ years of MSL or equivalent scientific/medical experience.
- Strong expertise in oncology research (solid tumors preferred).
- Knowledge of multi-country clinical trial processes and site engagement.
- Fluency in English (Mandarin, Malay, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi advantageous).
- Legal work authorization in at least one country (Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand/India).
- Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver’s license required.
