Job Description: Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
Job Purpose:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialties. The role involves scientific engagement, non-promotional discussions, and providing insights to support Haleon’s business strategies. The MSL will also develop key opinion leader (KOL) networks, support clinical trials, and contribute to medical education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with business goals.
✔ Engage with HCPs and KOLs to discuss product science, therapy areas, and best practices.
✔ Support clinical trials and investigator engagement.
✔ Provide scientific training and insights to internal stakeholders.
✔ Collaborate with medical associations (e.g., guideline development, CMEs, advisory boards).
✔ Generate actionable insights from HCP interactions and surveys.
✔ Assist in resolving medical queries from healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Basic Qualifications:
- MBBS / BDS / Post Graduation in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
