Job Purpose
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialties. The role involves engaging in scientific discussions, providing non-promotional medical insights, and supporting internal stakeholders with training and knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic medical affairs plans aligned with business needs.
- Educate HCPs and internal teams on product science and best practices.
- Support clinical trials and investigator engagement.
- Collaborate with medical associations (e.g., guideline development, advisory boards).
- Generate insights from HCP interactions to inform business strategies.
- Represent Haleon at medical events (CMEs, workshops, conferences).
- Maintain a strong KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network to enhance scientific exchange.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Basic Qualifications:
- MBBS / BDS / Post Graduation in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in a medical/scientific role.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation & communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in KOL engagement & medical affairs.
- Knowledge of clinical research & HCP interactions.
