Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical research and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- KOL Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare professionals.
- Scientific Communication: Delivering evidence-based scientific information on Zydus’s oncology portfolio.
- Clinical Trial Support: Assisting in clinical trial activities, including Investigator-Initiated Studies (IITs).
- Research & Publications: Contributing to scientific projects, abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Medical Education: Supporting medical education programs, advisory boards, and training sessions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Providing scientific insights to marketing teams for strategic initiatives.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Essential Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, BMS, M.Pharm, Pharm D, or MBBS
- Formal Marketing/Business qualification is a plus
- Experience:
- 1-4 years in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics
- Understanding of clinical development & GCP (preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Ability to interpret and present scientific data effectively
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
