Key Responsibilities
- Align Medical Affairs strategies with Haleon’s core business objectives in India Cx.
- Engage in non-promotional scientific discussions with healthcare professionals across relevant specialties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and medical experts.
- Represent Haleon at CMEs, advisory boards, TOTs, and medical conferences.
- Generate actionable medical insights through routine HCP interactions and surveys.
- Support clinical trial activities and investigator engagement.
- Provide scientific training and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical associations and guideline development initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS / BDS / Postgraduate degree in a relevant medical or life science discipline
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Medical Affairs / MSL / Clinical or Scientific roles
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Effective presentation and scientific storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
