Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Science Liaison – Oncology, your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary scientific face of Johnson & Johnson for Oncology therapy area.
- Mapping and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build meaningful scientific collaborations.
- Delivering medical affairs initiatives aligned with franchise plans.
- Providing scientific training and updates to the sales team.
- Responding to scientific information requests from healthcare professionals.
- Gathering customer insights to support medical strategy development.
- Representing Oncology in cross-functional internal and external projects.
- Traveling extensively (70–80%) to engage with stakeholders and support field activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Medical graduate (MD/MBBS/BDS/MDS) OR
- Advanced pharmaceutical degree (PharmD or PhD)
- Experience:
- 0–2 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Good understanding of medical affairs, regulatory policies, and compliance
- Skills:
- Strong communication and influencing ability
- Knowledge of clinical research and pharma industry code of practice
