🧬 Key Responsibilities
As an Expert Medical Science Liaison, you will:
- Build strong, science-driven relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Align Medical Affairs strategies with Haleon’s core business priorities for India.
- Educate internal stakeholders on product science and market practices.
- Support clinical trials, advisory boards, and CME events.
- Generate and share medical insights from the field.
- Represent Haleon at medical conferences and local events.
- Collaborate with professional associations to create and disseminate guidelines.
- Provide scientific training and updates to cross-functional teams.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: MBBS, BDS, or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or liaison roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building abilities.
