Job Description: Medical Promo Writer
WebMD is seeking a skilled Medical Promo Writer to join its dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This on-site, full-time role involves developing high-impact promotional content for pharmaceutical and healthcare campaigns targeting physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt FDA-compliant promotional content for digital campaigns (websites, emails, banners, videos).
- Ensure adherence to medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes and fair balance principles.
- Collaborate with medical editors, designers, and developers to create engaging pharmaceutical marketing materials.
- Optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with AMA style guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:Â BA/BS in Writing, Marketing, or Health Sciences (Pharm.D, M.Pharm, MBBS preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in pharmaceutical advertising, medical writing, or healthcare communications.
- Strong understanding of US FDA promotional guidelines and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
