- Respond to unsolicited medical and safety inquiries via phone, email, website, fax, or scientific meetings.
- Provide labeled and unlabeled medical information responses as per regulatory requirements.
- Identify, document, and report:
- Adverse Events (AEs)
- Pregnancy reports
- Special situation events
- Product quality complaints
- Log inquiries accurately in Inquiry Handling Systems
- Draft and customize medical information responses using:
- Approved labeling
- Published literature
- Standard response documents
2๏ธโฃ Pharmacovigilance & Compliance
- Ensure regulatory reporting timelines are met.
- Perform quality checks on:
- Adverse event documentation
- Product complaints
- Inquiry logs
- Maintain compliance with:
- Global pharmacovigilance regulations
- Data privacy laws
- Internal SOPs and working practices
3๏ธโฃ General Responsibilities
- Participate in after-hours support (rotational basis).
