🩺 Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Information Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of medical information materials. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Handling and responding to medical information requests from healthcare professionals and clients.
- Managing and maintaining the Medical Information (MI) content database, including FAQs, standard responses, and slide decks.
- Developing custom responses and medical content based on scientific data and regulatory guidelines.
- Pulling insight reports for inquiries and assisting in medical affairs deliverables.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality of materials.
- Reviewing and ensuring scientific accuracy in MI materials and promotional content.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Information or Medical Affairs.
- Proven experience in developing MI materials and FAQs.
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to scientific detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
