Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with client agreements, regulations, and guidelines.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee documentation, compliance, and workload management.
- Provide line management for assigned personnel and monitor departmental performance.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain global compliance.
- Train, mentor, and identify skill development needs within the team.
- Represent the department during audits and inspections.
- Author and review SOPs and related departmental documentation.
- Handle medical inquiries from patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Create FAQs and Standard Response Documents (SRDs).
- Track and quality-check medical inquiry responses.
- Set up medical information projects and databases, including validation and training.
Required Qualifications
- 4–12 years of experience in medical information functions.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Solid understanding of global regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical affairs environments.
- Proven experience in line management and compliance-focused roles.
