Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Information Specialist at EVERSANA, you will be responsible for providing scientifically accurate, evidence-based information about pharmaceutical products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers.
  • Researching and critically evaluating medical literature to provide comprehensive responses.
  • Handling inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, CRM, and chat.
  • Identifying and documenting adverse events and product complaints in compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, to address product quality-related complaints.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, pharmaceutical products, and client-specific requirements.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the Medical Information Specialist position at EVERSANA, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Pharm.D, MSc, or other Life Sciences degrees.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in medical information handling, regulatory documentation, and customer interaction.
