Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Information Specialist at EVERSANA, you will be responsible for providing scientifically accurate, evidence-based information about pharmaceutical products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers.
- Researching and critically evaluating medical literature to provide comprehensive responses.
- Handling inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, CRM, and chat.
- Identifying and documenting adverse events and product complaints in compliance with FDA regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, to address product quality-related complaints.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, pharmaceutical products, and client-specific requirements.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Medical Information Specialist position at EVERSANA, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Pharm.D, MSc, or other Life Sciences degrees.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
