Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance role will perform the following responsibilities:
Adverse Event & Product Complaint Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to adverse events (AEs), product complaints (PCs), and medical inquiries (MI).
- Process spontaneous and solicited reports, including:
- Adverse drug reactions
- Medication errors
- Product complaints
- Special case safety scenarios.
Medical Inquiry Management
- Respond to web-based medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate responses aligned with medical information SOPs and pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Safety Reporting & Documentation
- Document call information and maintain records in accordance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).
- Ensure accurate adverse event documentation and case intake processes.
Customer Communication & Follow-ups
- Conduct follow-ups with patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers according to company SOPs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to pharmaceutical products.
Compliance & Process Support
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and operational documentation.
- Identify and escalate drug safety or pharmacovigilance issues when necessary.
- Participate in client meetings, audits, and pharmacovigilance compliance activities.
- Assist in developing SOPs, workflows, manuals, and training materials.
Eligibility & Qualifications
