Key Responsibilities

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D (Freshers 2024–2025 or earlier batches).
• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Work Schedule: Comfortable with night shifts.
• Location: Noida or Ahmedabad.
• Prior exposure to customer service or healthcare BPO is an added advantage.
