This is an excellent opportunity for experienced life science professionals with strong expertise in medical device complaint handling, risk management, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, CAPA, and FMEA to join a global organization supporting regulated medical device operations.
Candidates who are immediate joiners and willing to work in rotational or night shifts will be given preference. Selected candidates will be deployed at Wipro’s Pune delivery center, supporting global medical device clients.

🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end medical device complaint investigations in compliance with global regulations
- Conduct risk assessments aligned with ISO 14971 and product risk files
- Support CAPA activities, root cause analysis, and effectiveness checks
- Evaluate complaints for reportability under global vigilance requirements
- Maintain compliance with ISO 13485 quality management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, RA, and Clinical
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of complaint records
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Any Life Science Graduate
- Accepted qualifications for Kolkata drive include:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering
- BSc Medical Imaging & Radiology
- MSc Molecular Biology
- BSc Nursing / BDS
Experience
- Hyderabad & Pune: 3 to 9 years (Immediate joiners only)
- Kolkata: 0 to 5 years (with relevant complaint investigation exposure)
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Medical Device Complaint Investigation
- Hands-on experience with Risk Management, FMEA, CAPA
- Familiarity with ISO 14971 & ISO 13485 standards
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to work rotational / night shifts
- Readiness to relocate to Pune
