⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Drug/Medical Device Surveillance Programs
- Review, assess, and process customer complaints in line with global regulatory standards
- Handle MDR (Medical Device Reports) and ADE (Adverse Drug Experience) reporting
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485, and other global regulatory frameworks
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of complaint files
- Work cross-functionally with QA, RA, engineering, and field teams
- Support risk evaluation, CAPA inputs, and trend analysis
- Assist with internal/external audits related to complaint handling
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (preferred)
- OR Engineering degree in Biomedical / Biotechnology
- 1–4 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharma complaint handling
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools and safety databases
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
