📌 Job Description: IPDRG Coders & Senior Coders
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate IPDRG codes for inpatient medical records.
- Review patient charts, physician notes, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines (ICD-10-CM, PCS).
- Work on Denial Management & Audits.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for documentation improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in IPDRG Medical Coding
✔ Certification: CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) or CCA (Certified Coding Associate) preferred
✔ Freshers with IPDRG Training can also apply
✔ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG systems
✔ Immediate joiners will be given priority
