TT Lifesciences, a global leader in Life Sciences conferences and educational events, is hiring a Conference Research Associate for its Mumbai (Andheri East) office. The role focuses on conducting primary & secondary research, performing SWOT analysis, identifying industry trends, and developing high-value conference agendas for biotech, medical devices, and therapeutic markets.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, and Medical Devices.
- Perform SWOT, trend, and competitor analysis to identify market gaps.
- Develop conference agendas, topics, and speaker lists based on validated insights.
- Engage with industry experts and global professionals for research validation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, and associations.
- Prepare research briefs, analytical reports, and content outlines.
- Work closely with Conference Producer/Manager on event themes and strategy.
- Support speaker outreach, proposal decks, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for event execution.
- Stay updated with industry news, competitor conferences, and global trends.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in research, analytics, content, or conference production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in SWOT & competitor analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conference research, business intelligence, or market analysis.
- Familiarity with Biotech, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors.
- Understanding of strategic content development and event workflows.
