Roles and Responsibilities Selected freshers will undergo training in the Production department at the Centre of Excellence. Key areas include:
- Operating and monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assisting in production of solid oral dosage forms and other therapeutics
- Quality checks and documentation during training phase
- Learning safety protocols and equipment handling
Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship (with stipend), candidates will be inducted as Trainees and potentially posted at various Macleods manufacturing sites.
Required Qualifications and Experience This drive is exclusively for freshers (no prior experience required). Eligible educational backgrounds include:

- B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry)
