Available Positions and Roles & Responsibilities
MacLeods is hiring for the following Research Associate positions:
- Analytical Method Development – Formulation
- Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and validate analytical methods for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms, perform routine analysis, stability studies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Bulk Drugs / CRD
- Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct literature surveys, identify synthesis routes, optimize processes, perform scale-up activities, cost reduction, quality characterization, and prepare necessary documentation.
These roles involve hands-on work in cutting-edge R&D facilities, contributing to the development of high-quality generic formulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Analytical Method Development – Formulation:
- Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in Analytical method development on OSD
- Bulk Drugs / CRD:
- Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Literature Survey, Identification of route of synthesis, Process optimization with respect to cost & quality scale up, documentation & characterization
