Roles & Responsibilities
As a QC Officer / Sr. Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Raw Material (RM) analysis to verify compliance with specifications
- Performing Finished Goods (FG) testing to ensure final products meet quality standards
- Handling Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) and Analytical Method Validation (AMV) processes
- Maintaining strong knowledge of QC procedures, instrumentation, and regulatory requirements
- Documentation and reporting as per cGMP and GLP guidelines
- Supporting stability studies, investigations, and audits when required
Candidates with an API background will be highly preferred, as it aligns closely with the department’s focus areas.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Pharma
- Experience: 3–6 years in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience in RM/FG analysis, AMT/AMV, and QC instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality standards and analytical techniques

The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, at Macleods’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
