Roles & Responsibilities (General Overview)
- Perform analytical testing, validation, and stability studies for pharmaceutical products.
- Handle maintenance of HVAC systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment in manufacturing plants.
- Operate and monitor vial filling, sealing, media fill, and washing machines.
- Manage stores activities including material receipt, dispensing, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards in production and quality processes.
- Conduct in-process checks, documentation, and troubleshooting in formulation/API units.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering).
- Experience: 2-15 years depending on the role (focus on OSD, API, Dry Powder Injection, Formulation, and Maintenance).
- Key skills: Knowledge of cGMP, analytical instruments, machine operations (Autoclave, Tunnel, Vial Filling), validation protocols, and stability studies.
